Intermediate Gym - 12 Week Program

MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM FOR THIS PROGRAM

This 12 week Intermediate Gym Program is for riders that have been riding for over 3+ years and/or consider themselves competitive adult amateurs. This program features a balance between cardiovascular, strength, mobility and flexibility training in a gym setting.


Whether you want to work on muscle imbalances, develop a stronger lower body and steadier leg in the saddle or better upper body posture, this 12 week program will help you do that.

This program also focuses on performing exercises that help correct common habits that a lot of riders face for example rounded shoulders, inability to keep heels down, anterior/posterior pelvic tilt and muscle imbalance, to name a few.


Main Focus:
- Gym program for INTERMEDIATE gym users
- Must have decent knowledge of gym equipment, or 1+ year of gym experience
- Corrective stretches/exercises for common rider problems
- Stretches to prevent injury
- Full Body Conditioning
- Isolated strength training to enhance seat, leg and rein aids

  • Dumbbell

  • Kettlebell

  • Cable Machine

  • Smith Machine

  • Barbell

  • Bosu Ball

  • Medicine Ball

  • Battle Ropes

  • Abduction Machine

  • Glute kickback Machine

  • Dip Machine

  • Bands

  • Exercise Ball

  • Bands with handles

  • Foam Roller

  • Various cardio machines that can be interchangeable

*If you don’t have some of these equipment we can sub some
of the exercises and modify them
