    There are 500+ frequently updated workouts and you can access these anytime, schedule them into your calendar, and mix and match to create your own custom routine.

    Studio Programs, on the other hand, are structured, progressive training plans designed in phases to guide you from start to finish. Each program builds over time to ensure consistent progress and measurable results.

  • No gym membership is required and most workouts are bodyweight based.

    However, there are Kettlebell, Dumbbell, Mini Band and BOSU Ball Workouts for those who want to add resistance to their workouts.

  • Most workouts are around 30-40 minutes depending on how long to take breaks (except the youth program - those are 15-20 minutes).
