This 12 week program is for riders who are just getting back in the saddle after a long hiatus of not riding. This program is all about gaining confidence again after years of not riding whether due to an injury, a bad fall or lack of time!

Building cardiovascular fitness and strength training is going to substantially help you get back in the saddle. It will make riding feel a little bit easier, and allow your body to not be in complete shock the next day after a riding lesson. Starting a fitness routine before getting back in the saddle will also reduce soreness, muscle pain or risk of injury.
