              Beginner Gym - 12 Week Program
MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM FOR THIS PROGRAM
This 12 Week Beginner Gym program for Intermediate Riders is for riders that have been riding for over 3+ years and/or consider themselves competitive adult amateurs.
This program is designed for equestrians that are new to working out at gyms and provides a slow introduction to gym equipment and weight training in a gym setting. We know what it feels like to feel intimidated in a gym setting, so we’ve designed a program that slowly introduces you to weight training to make you feel as comfortable as possible at the gym!
Main Focus:
- Gym program for BEGINNER gym users
- Introduction to gym equipment and weight training
- Corrective stretches/exercises for common rider problems
- Stretches to prevent injury
- Full Body Conditioning
- Isolated strength training to enhance seat, leg and rein aids
Gym equipment required*:
- Dumbbell 
- Kettlebell 
- Barbell 
- Bosu Ball 
- Medicine Ball 
- Cable Machine 
- Lat Machine 
- Lying Leg Curl Machine 
- Abduction Machine 
- Exercise Ball 
- Leg Press 
- Mini Band 
- Foam Roller 
- Various cardio machines that can be interchangeable 
*If you don’t have some of these equipment we can sub some of the exercises and modify them
