Are you training your Core correctly?

I wish I knew about deep core training early on in my fitness journey so I wouldn’t have wasted so much time doing exercises that weren’t beneficial! Deep core exercises are exercises that target the deep abdominal muscles, muscles around your spine and pelvic floor muscles.

Deep core exercises help improve core stability, posture, and overall strength!

This increased core strength enhances your stability, balance, and posture while riding, allowing you to maintain a more secure seat and communicate more effectively with your horse.

Training your core helps absorb and distribute the forces generated during riding, reducing the risk of injuries and improving overall performance

Some examples of Deep Core Exercises include..

Glute Bridges

Bird Dog
